Sebastian K. Poprawski

Sebastian Poprawski is a managing and founding partner of the Law Firm of
POPRAWSKI & BARRIOS, LLP.
Sebastian, a Connecticut native, attended The University of Florida where he
received a Bachelor’s Degree with honors in Business. After receiving his
bachelor’s degree, Sebastian received both a Juris Doctorate Degree and
Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from the Florida State
University. He also became certified in Land Use Law and Environmental and
Natural Resources Law.
While at Florida State University, Sebastian was an active member with the
Mock Trial team, William H. Stafford Inns of Court, Real Estate Legal
Society, and American Bar Association. After receiving his Juris Doctorate
degree, Mr. Poprawski worked for the nationally known law firm of Conroy,
Simberg, et. al., where he was introduced to all aspects of insurance
litigation. He also spent time at the Public Defender’s Office for the
Fifteenth Judicial Circuit where he represented a large number of criminal
defendants and led trials with favorable outcomes.
Sebastian also dedicated his time to the Gaurdian Ad Litem program, helping
abused, neglected and abandoned children. Sebastian is a member of the
Florida Bar Association as well as the Broward County Young Lawyers section.
Evan L. Barrios

Evan L. Barrios is a founding partner of the Law Firm of
POPRAWSKI & BARRIOS, LLP.
Evan, a native of South Florida, earned his bachelor’s degree in Sociology
with honors from the University of Florida, and his Juris Doctorate from
Nova Southeastern Law School. While in law school, Evan clerked at a very
well known personal injury law firm where he was familiarized with all
aspects of personal injury and insurance litigation.
After receiving his Juris Doctorate, Evan worked for the law firm of Rudd &
Diamond, P.A., where he handled a large caseload for the busy insurance
defense firm. While there, Evan handled all stages of litigation, including
mediations, collection cases, high dollar negotiations, mediations,
arbitrations, and lump-sum negotiations.
Evan is a member of the Florida Bar Association and the Broward Young
Lawyers Section.
